Corbucci Holdings doesn't mine, it doesn't manufacture, and it doesn't run fleets. What it does is hold the alliance together. Literally. Every structure
Corbucci Industries depends on sits under Corbucci Holdings' name, along with the fuel logistics, access rights, and diplomatic standing that come with owning them. It's the corporation that exists so the rest of the alliance doesn't have to think about who owns what.
Sergio Corbucci built it that way on purpose. Where the alliance's other member corporations are the hands (flying, fighting, extracting, building), Corbucci Holdings is the spine: rarely visible, never optional. Its job isn't glory. It's making sure the structures are still standing, the paperwork still holds, and the alliance still points in one direction, long after any single operation is forgotten.
It rarely shows up on a killmail. It doesn't need to.
